What this notice covers
This notice explains how Highside Oil and Gas, LLC (“Highside,” “we,” “us”) handles information collected through this website. It does not cover information we receive under a lease, division order, employment relationship, or other contract, which is governed by those documents.

This site does not use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies. Web fonts are served by Google Fonts, which receives the request needed to deliver the font files.
How we use information
We use the information to respond to inquiries, route land and royalty questions to the right team, meet legal and regulatory obligations, and protect the site from abuse. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
When we share information
We share information only with service providers that help us operate the website or respond to you, with professional advisers, or when required by law, regulation, court order, or a lawful request from a regulator. Retention and security
